Providing hope, support, and practical assistance to patients and families fighting cancer
Our Mission
The mission of Patty’s Pink Parade Foundation is to provide hope, support, and practical assistance to individuals and families facing cancer. Inspired by Patty’s strength and her own fight against breast cancer, we are committed to easing the financial, emotional, and everyday burdens that accompany a cancer diagnosis.
Cancer doesn’t discriminate, and it doesn’t play fair. That’s why we strive to provide not only practical resources and financial assistance, but also comfort, compassion, and hope to patients and their families as they navigate the unimaginable. Patty’s Pink Parade Foundation is committed to supporting individuals and families through every step of their cancer journey, helping them become stronger with every step.

Our “Why” Behind It All

Patty’s Pink Parade Foundation was established in loving memory of my mom, Patricia Fedigan.
My name is Kiely Drake, and I am the founder and president of Patty’s Pink Parade Foundation. When I was 18 years old, the unthinkable happened—I lost my mom to breast cancer. She was only 54 years old, leaving behind two daughters, countless family members and friends, and an ache in our lives where she should still be.
After losing my mom, I knew I had to move forward with purpose. The grief I carried was overwhelming, but so was my desire to support others the way my family and I were supported throughout her journey. My mom’s battle with cancer wasn’t short, and it certainly wasn’t easy. If it weren’t for the unwavering support of our family, friends, doctors, nurses, and social workers, we would not have made it through the way we did.
My mom was truly one of the best people I have ever known, with the biggest heart. She was fiercely loyal, compassionate, and stubborn (if you had the pleasure of knowing her, you know exactly what I mean!). If you needed a helping hand, she was always the first person to offer hers. She met cancer with the same courage and determination that defined the way she lived her life, never giving up without a fight. Now, it is my turn to honor her by carrying that courage, compassion, and legacy forward.
Patty’s Pink Parade Foundation has given me an outlet to turn my grief into purpose—to support individuals and families walking the same daunting road my family once traveled. While we may not have the cure for cancer, we have the heart, compassion, and determination to help ease the burdens that come with it and to remind people that they are not alone.
This foundation was created in honor of my mom, and for every person and family facing the uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis. We are here to walk beside you, to support you through every challenge, and to remind you that there is always a reason to keep fighting.
Stronger together. Stronger with every step.
